China’s Leading Roll-to-Book Digital Finishing Solution
The Digital FoldLine 180 is an advanced automated line developed for web-fed digital presses. It handles unwinding, folding, cutting, gluing, and stacking into book blocks—ideal for short-run, high-variety digital book production. This line reduces manual folding and collation, significantly boosting efficiency in digital print production.

Compared to traditional workflows, it offers fast changeovers, high automation, and efficient production, making it a practical solution for roll-to-book digital printing.

The Digital Robot 2000C is JMD’s inline digital finishing system tailored for digital print environments. Highly automated with fast setup, it features EVA gluing and optional interchangeable PUR glue modules to maximize efficiency.

The line includes a vertical transfer module, robotic arm, 2000C binding module, book stacker, DT-30 three-knife trimmer, and conveyor. The company relocated its production base to the Luotian Industrial Area in Songgang, Shenzhen.

Successfully developed China’s first fully automatic Diamond-110 sewing machine.

The company moved its production base to the Tangxiayong Industrial Area in Songgang, Shenzhen.

1998

Became the first in China to develop elliptical perfect binding machines with 3 and 4 clamps, breaking the dominance of round-table binding machine technology. It became the main model for small and medium-sized enterprises in the perfect binding market and accelerated the development of China’s perfect binding technology.

1997

Successfully developed the “JBB-50B straight-line perfect binder,” which innovatively featured a side-gluing device with roller application and was granted a national utility model patent.

1994

Mr. Zheng Bin founded Shenzhen JMD Machinery Co., Ltd. in the Bagualing Industrial Area, Futian, Shenzhen.
