On the final day of the program, a dual assessment was conducted, consisting of a "theoretical written test + on-site practical operation." The theoretical exam focused on equipment principles and process standards, while the practical operation simulated real production scenarios, requiring participants to complete equipment debugging and task delivery within a limited time. After intense competition, Zou Youlang from the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Geological Printing Factory, Zhao Tengfei from Shanxi Xinhua Printing Co., Ltd., and Zhaxidun Zhu from Tibet Xinhua Printing Co., Ltd. won the "Outstanding Student" award for their solid technical foundation and stable on-site performance. Henan Xinhua Printing Group Co., Ltd. and Qinghai Xinhua Ethnic Printing Co., Ltd. won the "Outstanding Team" honor for their efficient collaboration and innovative solutions. Mr. Liu Wen, Vice General Manager of JMD, expressed during the award ceremony: "Excellence is not only about refining technology but also about inheriting a pursuit of perfection. We look forward to all students transforming what they've learned into productivity to help their companies improve quality and efficiency."
This training session continued JMD's "practical-based" training philosophy, covering core modules such as equipment operation, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting. In the theoretical classroom, senior instructors analyzed technical principles in depth using industry examples. In the practical sessions, participants were divided into groups to demonstrate equipment operation, completing the entire process from basic debugging to complex tasks under the guidance of instructors. This "learning by doing, doing to promote learning" closed-loop model enabled students to quickly master key technical points, laying a solid foundation for their future work.
