JMD International Open Day Concludes Successfully: Global Customers Explore the Future of Intelligent Post-press

As the autumn colors deepened, a grand gathering commenced. Recently, JMD welcomed a distinguished group of guests—international customers from Asia, Europe, the Americas, and beyond—who gathered for the JMD Open Day. Together, they embarked on an immersive journey to experience the latest in intelligent post-press technology.

The event opened with a welcoming speech by Mr. Zheng Bin, Chairman of JMD, followed by a presentation from Ms. Zhu Xiaoyan, Director of the International Trade Department, regarding JMD’s recent technological breakthroughs in the intelligent post-press sector.

Guests then toured JMD’s intelligent production workshops for a first-hand look at modern production lines in action. The rigorous production processes, strict quality control, and seamless integration of digital management systems left a lasting impression, showcasing China’s leading technical standards and manufacturing excellence in post-press equipment.

The 4th Generation Newbridge Binding Line: This high-speed digital line impressed guests with its stable operating speed of up to 13,000 books/hour, precise detail control, and superior binding quality—the very definition of high-efficiency production.
Superbinder-8000Plus Binding Line: Attracted significant attention for its economic efficiency and strong compatibility.
"Roll-to-Book" Digital Solution: The spotlight of the event was the large-format 880 digital post-press solution, featuring the Digital FoldLine 180 (high-speed digital folding and cutting line) integrated with the Digital Robot 2000C. By connecting the entire process from paper roll to finished book, this solution meets the growing market demand for print-on-demand and personalized printing.

To demonstrate long-term equipment reliability, JMD organized on-site visits to two leading facilities: Guangdong Xinhua Printing Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Xiaoming Digital Printing Co., Ltd.

Guests observed the actual production performance of various machines, including the Cambridge-12000, Rose-12000 saddle stitching line, and the 4th Gen Newbridge.
