Strongest Class in JMD's History Successfully Completes Training at Zhejiang Xinhua!

As autumn leaves rustle in the breeze, we celebrate the fruitful achievements of our participants. JMD's 23rd customer training class has successfully graduated at Zhejiang Xinhua! This class stands out for its unique features and numerous highlights compared to previous ones.

 

Strongest Class in History

While previous training classes have always utilized a small-class teaching format, this class saw a record-breaking 47 participants. Students mainly came from 11 Xinhua printing enterprises across China, including Zhejiang Xinhua, Jiangsu Fenghuang, Henan Xinhua, Anhui Xinhua, Anhui Xinghua, Hunan Tianwen, Shandong Xinhua, Shanxi Xinhua, and Shandong Jinzuobiao. This makes it the strongest class since JMD began offering courses in 2007.

 

From Theory to Practice

Since JMD and the Zhejiang Printing Group co-founded the equipment offline experience store (4S store), this is the first time a customer training class has been held here. We would like to express our gratitude to Zhejiang Xinhua Digital Printing Co., Ltd. for their strong support of this training class!

Combining JMD's core teaching staff with Zhejiang Xinhua's production site, we provide a powerful educational resource. Listening to theory plus hands-on practice creates a systematic and effective training method. Students have given feedback that they were able to absorb key knowledge points and master technical operations.

Using small-class teaching, students participated in training at Zhejiang Xinhua's multifunctional conference room. They studied the "JMD Cambridge-12000 Fully Automatic Glue Binding Linkage Line Training Materials" diligently. Before class, serious students previewed the content, marked questions, and took notes during lectures on key points and difficulties encountered in practical applications.

JMD's Teacher Li personally demonstrated operations on the machine, covering every aspect from the collation unit to the glue binding unit. He patiently explained each step to the students, who also brought up questions that they had encountered during their daily work. Teacher Li patiently answered their questions, broadening their knowledge.

Students applied their newfound knowledge to real-life situations, troubleshooting and successfully repairing electrical and mechanical faults on the machines at Zhejiang Xinhua's production site.

 

A Wealth of Talent

Over the course of the 10-day training, students went from knowing nothing to becoming proficient, gradually reaping their autumn harvest. After the final theoretical exams and practical evaluations, five students were awarded the title of "Outstanding Student." At the graduation ceremony, General Manager Ji of Zhejiang Xinhua personally handed out awards to the outstanding students.
