Leaders from the Publishing Printing and Quality Committee of the Printing Technology Association of China Visit JMD for Research and Guidance

During the meeting, Chairman Zheng Bin introduced JMD's latest initiatives to enhance printing quality and optimize customer service. He said:

"JMD has always regarded printing quality as the lifeline of the company. To better align with market needs and respond more quickly to customer requirements, we have officially established a Customer Service Center, with a dedicated Customer Care Department under it. By engaging with customers in advance and gaining a deeper understanding of their potential needs, we proactively anticipate possible issues throughout the pre-sales, sales, and after-sales stages. This enables us to transform passive service into proactive empowerment and truly achieve our goal of thinking ahead for our customers and acting before they need us."

Chairman Qiu Yingyi highly recognized JMD's continuous innovation in both Post-Press Equipment and service quality. He stated:

"Introducing artificial intelligence into the entire printing industry chain and promoting collaborative innovation between enterprises and association resources will be an inevitable trend for achieving the high-quality development of China's printing industry. Featuring a high level of automation, outstanding stability, and advanced digital integration capabilities, these systems fully demonstrate JMD's technological strength in Post-Press Binding Equipment and intelligent manufacturing.
