On July 15, 2019, the binding workshop of Guangdong Xinhua Printing Co., Ltd. was bustling with activity, and the sound of machines running at high speed was constant. The third Cambridge 12000 high-speed perfect binding line from JMD was officially put into operation. The tenacious and perfection-seeking team from JMD completed the installation task with quality and quantity assured at Shenzhen's speed, achieving the planned production schedule, and received unanimous praise from Guangdong Xinhua. This is the third Cambridge 12000 high-speed perfect binding line that JMD has installed at Guangdong Xinhua since July 2017, and it is also the fourth perfect binding line that JMD has established at Guangdong Xinhua.

Time flies. Looking back at the first Cambridge 12000 high-speed perfect binding line from JMD put into operation at Guangdong Xinhua, a shift output of 100,000 books was quite surprising; now, during the peak production season, a shift output of 100,000 is no longer surprising. All production machines are competing with each other, reaching shift outputs of 105,000...115,000... New production records are being continuously broken. In the current fall semester, with a short production timeframe and heavy tasks, the Cambridge 12000 high-speed perfect binding line has become the main force in Guangdong Xinhua's textbook binding workshop due to its high speed, high output, and high quality. The output capacity of JMD's perfect binding equipment accounts for more than 60% of Guangdong Xinhua's total perfect binding capacity.
