Celebrating 50 Years of Achievements: Tibet Xinhua Printing Factory Embarks on a New Era

On June 29, 2020, amidst the beautiful and vibrant summer, Tibet Xinhua Printing Factory held a celebration for the 99th anniversary of the founding of the Party and the 50th anniversary of the factory. Gauss Graphic Printing System (China) Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen JMD Intelligent Machinery Co., Ltd., as equipment supplier partners, were invited to attend the event.

Speech by the Director of Xinhua Printing Factory in Tibet

Yangjin, Factory Director of Tibet Xinhua Printing Factory, delivered a speech at the event. Outstanding employee representatives and retired employees also spoke during the activity, which included commendations for exemplary Communist Party members and advanced producers. The event culminated in a lively performance by employee artists.

In her speech, Yangjin, Party Secretary and Factory Director of Tibet Xinhua Printing Factory, emphasized that over the past 50 years, several generations of Xinhua employees have carried on the company spirit of "hard work, perseverance, dedication, and pioneering progress." The factory has transformed from a simple book and magazine printing enterprise into a comprehensive state-owned printing company that prints books, periodicals, and bills in the region.

At the subsequent forum celebrating the factory's establishment, Zheng Bin, General Manager of JMD, warmly congratulated Tibet Xinhua Printing Factory on its brilliant achievements over the past 50 years. He expressed gratitude for Tibet Xinhua's long-term trust and support for JMD equipment and hoped to continue deepening cooperation and joint development.

JMD cooperates sincerely with Xinhua Printing in Tibet

From 2014 to 2017, Tibet Xinhua Printing Factory purchased two JMD intelligent, environmentally friendly, third-generation automatic binding lines, Super-binder-8000, to intensify equipment renovation and promote high-quality enterprise development. Located on the highest plateau in the world, with an average altitude of 4,000-5,000 meters, JMD equipment has withstood the test of this harsh environment and performed exceptionally well.

Enterprise Development

Tibet Xinhua Printing Factory was founded on July 1, 1970. By 2000, it had completed 93 million volumes of book and magazine printing, with a total output value of 139.29 million yuan and taxes paid of 12.68 million yuan, becoming one of the key state-owned backbone enterprises in the region.

The factory has successively won over 30 honors, including "Pioneer Enterprise in Promoting Green Printing," "AAA-level Credit Demonstration Unit," and "Printing Industry Pioneer of New China's 70th Anniversary."
