Sets a new record for highest single shift production volume
On June 30, 2020, the second JMD Cambridge-12000 high-speed adhesive binding line purchased by Jiangsu Fenghuang Tongda Printing Co., Ltd. reached a shift production volume of 102,000, setting a new record for the company's single shift production volume.

In recent years, Jiangsu Fenghuang Printing Co., Ltd. has collaborated with JMD on multiple occasions.
❖ In 2013, Jiangsu Fenghuang Tongda Printing Co., Ltd. purchased their first Superbinder-8000 adhesive binding production line.
❖ In 2016, Jiangsu Fenghuang Tongda Printing Co., Ltd. purchased another JMD Cambridge-12000 high-speed adhesive binding production line. In the autumn of 2019, the production volume ranked in the top 10, reaching 10.8 million books.
❖ In 2020, to increase production efficiency, expand capacity, and deepen cooperation, after multiple site visits to JMD, they purchased another Cambridge-12000 adhesive binding production line.
With the increasingly short printing cycle of textbooks and higher quality requirements, Jiangsu Fenghuang Tongda Printing Co., Ltd. has introduced the Cambridge-12000 intelligent adhesive binding line to improve production efficiency and capacity. They have successfully completed all political tasks, improved product quality, shortened delivery times, ensured books are delivered before the start of classes, with one book per person.
