Good News: JMD Selected as a "Pilot Unit for the Digital Development Reform in the Printing Industry"

Hosted by the National Press and Publication Administration, JMD was selected as a "Pilot Unit for the Digital Development Reform in the Printing Industry" at the 2023 China Printing Industry Innovation Development Conference, which concluded on July 27, 2023, in Jinan, Shandong Province. The conference was held concurrently with the 31st National Book Trade Fair. Mr. Zheng Bin, Chairman of JMD, attended the conference and accepted the award from the leadership.

The 2023 China Printing Industry Innovation Development Conference, themed "Shaping New Momentum for High-quality Development in the Printing Industry", aimed to study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the spirit of the 20th Party Congress, promoting the high-quality development of our country's printing industry. Zhang Jianchun, Deputy Minister of the Central Propaganda Department, and Deng Yunfeng, Deputy Governor of Shandong Province, attended the conference and delivered speeches.

The conference emphasized that in this new era and new journey, we should focus on improving the modernization level of the printing industry, accelerate the construction of a high-quality capacity supply, advanced technology safety, and a green, integrated, and open industrial system. Innovation is the primary driving force, and we should speed up the printing industry's move towards high-end, intelligent, and green development, shaping new momentum and advantages for high-quality industrial development.

Subsequently, Liu Xiaokai, Director of the Printing and Distribution Bureau of the Central Propaganda Department, read out the "Notice on the Announcement of the 2023 National Printing Model Enterprise Certification Results", and awarded plaques to the National Printing Model Enterprises and the Pilot Units for the Digital Development Reform in the Printing Industry.
