JMD is Worldwide Launching Finishing Solutions for Digital Market

At IPEX 2010, JMD is launching two perfect binders for digital market, Superbinder-200EB and Superbinder-50E

.

Superbinder-200EB is a fully automatic four-clamp perfect binder. It features fully automatic adjustments, soft book lay-down system with lowering device, and easy changeover between threadless book binding and thread-sewn book binding. Just by inputting the binding format and the cover format into the touch screen, automatic adjustments take place instantly at the book clamp, the milling station, the spine and side gluing stations, the cover feeding station, and the nipping station.

Superbinder-50E is a fully automatic single-clamp perfect binder. By employing the pneumatic system and step motors, fully automatic set-up are made through the touch screen for book clamp, milling, side gluing, scoring and nipping.
