Outstanding Features:
♦ User Friendliness: All setups are automatically made according to the touch screen setting. The servo motor controlled unwinder and cutter ensure consistent high quality production.
♦ High Flexibility: Two modes are available for cutting the paper web with mark and without mark. Modular and flexible design for either stand alone or in-line production.
♦ Quick Return on Investment: Rotary knife design for precise cutting can reach speed up to 100 meters/minute, which enables a quick return on investment with high production output.

Unwinder
The unwinder is to unwind the printed paper web and feed into the cutter.
The web buffer and web running speed dectector are equipped to ensure the stable web feeding with the best cutting results.
Cutter
The cutter supports both horizontal cutting and vertical cutting for various production demands.
The paper web are slit into 2-up or 3-up forms by the vertical cutting system (maximally with 2 sets knives), and then cut into sheets with required size by the horizontal cutting system.
Stacker
The stacker builds up to 300mm tall stacks of sheets. The stacker features safety light curtain, jam detection, and static free function.
Once paper is accurately cut and stacked, each job can be delivered to the conveyor one at a time, individually offset within the stack.
